Tipsy is a black, domestic long haired female who is 14 years old. She and Sam (a Siamese) are siblings whose owner was an SPCA volunteer who just recently passed away. Tipsy is a very sweet cat and she and Sam would love to stay together. As kittens, in September 2005, they were both rescued from Hurricane Rita.
