I had a gift cert, got a day off and scheduled the 90 minute massage for the next morning. Got there about 10 minutes early, waited till well after my appt. time. Finally asked one of the new staff if things were running late. (Seems all the folks there were "new"). She said she'd check. Wait awhile longer. Finally, "the girl is having car trouble, but on the way". Ok, no problem. Wait another 15 mins. Now desk attendant comes over and says, "well, she's like in a really bad mood, do you want to reschedule?" At this point, I said I'd prefer a refund, as I've wasted enough of my day off. That's a whole nuther story, but some time later I finally got a refund. Very poorly managed business that I won't be back to.
